This five story, 197,000 sf. multi-disciple science facility, is LEED Certified and interconnected with the university campus communication systems. This project was designed to be an interactive environment designed to facilitate collaborative research in science and engineering. |
East Career and Technical Academy |
This new 213,000 SF, LEED aware, vocation high school is on a 30 acre site. There is a gymnasium with seating for 300 people, a single basket ball court, locker rooms and storage. There are tennis courts, a basketball court and a playing field for outside physical education. |
Sunset Maintenance Facility |
Construction of separate building for the Fixed Route, Bus Rapid Transit (BRT), Paratransit and RTC Administration Functions, and Fuel and Wash functions, on a 34.2 acre site.
