Nauvoo Illinois Temple

Originally built in 1846...

the reconstruction of the Nauvoo Temple by Legacy Constructors was a labor of love by builders and Church members alike. Every effort was made to preserve the original temple’s defining characteristics and architectural design. The first floor has an assembly hall with tiered podiums at the east and west ends, as well as offices and restrooms. The remaining four floors have offices, dressing and ordinance rooms. GSL worked hand-in-hand with Legacy Constructions to upgrade the structure to a state-of-the-art electrical system while still maintaining the historical integrity.
