The initial phase of…
a Master Planned Warehouse and Office complex in Salt Lake City, Utah. The 201 Commerce Center will consist of 29 buildings spanning 1.8 Million Sq Ft. GSL's Scope of Work was providing both electrical engineering and construction for a 108,000 Sq Ft building consisting of two 54,000 Sq Ft warehouses with office space. GSL also provided Design Build Tenant improvements for each of the warehouses prior to owner occupancy.
