Our team of experienced engineers and design personnel can coordinate the entire process from concept to completion. Offering accelerated delivery, we are always willing to work closely with architectural or other engineering firms to provide complete electrical design build services. Our design-build teams can provide constructability reviews, cost control reviews, and systematic reviews of the engineering process from concept through construction.

In fact, one of the top priorities of GSL engineers is to understand the exact costs associated with their design-build projects. GSL engineers are responsible for gathering and creating scope, giving takeoff input, and preparing the formal proposal for the owner or contractor. This open and transparent environment allows the engineer to evaluate costs while working through each aspect of a project’s design phase.
To maximize efficiency and eliminate error, our team utilizes cutting-edge computer aided engineering (CAE) software and techniques for improved design and coordination. A few of the programs we use are AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and SKM Power Tools along with our own in-house customized software.
