of the 4th floor of the existing Centennial Hills Hospital. The tenant improvement included 36 patient rooms, 2 nurse stations, a visitor lounge, bathrooms, utility rooms and a staff sleep room. All contributors committed to follow the Lean Construction methodology and were involved in regular coordination and scheduling meetings to ensure schedule and cost adherence.
