this state-of-the-art, five-story, 250,000 square-foot building was carefully designed to ensure that the interior temperature, humidity, and lighting best favor the preservation of historic Church records, printed materials, manuscripts, publications, photographs and audiovisual items. 

During the construction, additional features, such as security system, dimming system, automatic shade system, fire alarm upgrade, and additional mechanical features and seismic upgrades were added to the scope.
