The entire scope of work for GSL Electric…

consisted of three contracts with two different general contractors— Martin-Harris Construction (Onsite Utilities) and BlueScope Construction (Core & Shell, Tenant Improvements). As a result, two different GSL crews were operating separately on the same jobsite. Although this arrangement was highly unusual for a construction project, the GSL teams worked diligently to communicate with both of the general contractors as well as with the other trades. All of the parties involved are to be commended for the team first approach and commitment to the overall success of this extremely challenging project.
