in Brea, California was a 570,000 SQ FT Design-Build project. The first phase involved a 65,000 SQ FT expansion to refrigerated storage. Phase 2 involved the conversion of an existing 250,000 SQ FT deep freezer into refrigerated storage. In the final phases of the project there is an addition to the office and a lighting repurpose of a dry storage warehouse. This project also required that the renovations were compliant with the California Title 24 energy efficiency requirements.
