The Hunters Grove Office Building in Lehi, Utah, is one of GSL Electric’s design build projects. The building is a 4 story premium office building that included a full build-out for a dental office on the first floor. The top floor of the building is was built to include a reception center for the building tenants. The 2nd and 3rd floors of the building were built as Core & Shell to allow for future Tenant Improvements.
