ICU Medical Manufacturing
The remodel and expansion…
of ICU Medical’s existing Molding Manufacturing Space. The goal of the project was to convert a 31,000 SQ FT storage warehouse into a manufacturing clean room space. Design and construction were completed in less than one year.
The clean room houses 28 large molding presses, each weighing several tons. Above the clean room is a full mezzanine level with a material housing process that distributes plastic to each molding press via vacuum pump. All systems have fully integrated power and control.
