Legacy Village of Sugar House is a state-of-the-art senior living community that features retail shops, restaurant-style dining, and onsite medical care.
The project is a 10-level concrete structure constructed with two-way post-tensioned slabs and contains two components: parking and senior housing. The parking decks consist of four levels with more than 500 parking spaces with the ground level featuring approximately 14,000 square feet of retail space and 6,000 square feet for office and equipment space.
