With multiple contracts at the Mountain Tech site…
GSL Electric had to complete; the Core and Shell of the building, a concrete parking structure, and two Tenant Improvement contracts with one of the building occupants. One of the noteworthy challenging tasks we had to accomplish, was the relocation of the owner’s preexisting diesel generator. No small task, this 1250KW generator weighed about 30,000 pounds, and had to be relocated to a site a mile away.
