Rexburg Idaho Temple
A five-story, 57,504 square-foot building ...
with a 168-foot single steeple, the Rexburg Temple displays a wheat motif, created by Utah artist Tom Holdman,, symbolizing the widespread agricultural industry in the area. Using the finest materials, including wood imported from Africa and tile from Israel, the exterior walls are made from 637 precast panels from 45 different molds.
“Our goal was to outfit this beautiful Temple with state-of-the-art electrical design, without interrupting the artistic integrity of the structure,” said Jim Peacock, GSL Project Manager. “We were able to integrate the artistry with the technology — on time, and on budget.”
