consisting of 170+ rooms, including both condos and guest rooms. Additional amenities include an indoor swimming pool, (8) meeting rooms, kitchen, bar and a dining area.
The facility was built in conjunction with the adjoining Hyatt Hotel (also GSL). Both hotels share the same parking structure on the property. The projects were designed using Revit. GSL provided all of the design-build services relating to the electrical and low voltage systems for this project.
